Tail Lamps - Accessories
MAKE YOUR TAIL LAMPS FUNCTION PROPERLY WITH PATCH LEADS
Tail lamp patch leads or pigtail connectors are an essential component of a vehicle's electrical system. They link the tail lamps to the main wiring harness, enabling the tail lamps to run properly and interact with other components of the vehicle's lighting system. Without patch leads, the tail lights would not activate in response to the use of the brakes or signal the direction of a turn. Additionally, they are engineered to be weather-resistant so that they can withstand any weather conditions and continue to function properly.
When installing tail lamp patch leads, it is important that they be correctly linked and firmly fixed. Weak connections might result in electrical issues and faulty tail lamps. If the patch leads are not correctly connected, the tail lights may not function at all.
PROTECT YOUR TAIL LAMPS WITH A RUBBER GROMMET
Commonly called tail lamp seals are small yet essential lighting system components. In addition to protecting the tail lamps from dust, water, and other materials, they provide a safe and fixed mounting position for the tail lamps. Installing rubber grommets is as simple as putting the grommet into the tail lamp mounting hole. It is important to make sure that the grommet is positioned and installed properly in order to produce a tight seal around the tail lamp. Regularly checking and replacing damaged or worn rubber grommets is necessary to keep tail lamps working properly or else they will not offer an appropriate seal and this will allow water or dust to enter the tail light assembly and cause damage to the light or wiring.
